Program Overview
The Master of Science in Islamic Studies (Specialization in Ifta) is a specialized two-year graduate program designed to train scholars in the art of issuing Islamic legal verdicts (fatwas). This program provides an in-depth understanding of Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), Usul al-Fiqh (principles of jurisprudence), and contemporary legal issues, preparing students to become qualified Muftis (Islamic legal experts).
The curriculum integrates classical texts with modern legal challenges, equipping students with the necessary skills to address contemporary issues with scholarly insight and practical wisdom.
