A charity charge of PKR 10 per day is applied for every PKR 1,000 of outstanding fees (including current dues and arrears). If outstanding fees are not cleared within two months after the due date, the student's registration will be suspended. Re-registration requires payment of the outstanding amount and a late fee.
AGU offers a flexible installment plan, allowing students to pay tuition in up to three installments per semester.
1.1. Registration/Application Fee: Non-refundable.
1.2. Admission Fee: Non-refundable.
1.3. Security/Deposit Fee: Refundable upon degree completion or admission withdrawal, provided no dues or damages.
1.4. Tuition Fee: Refund as per HEC policy (including weekends):

1.5. Examination Fee: Non-refundable once the exam schedule is announced.

1.8. Transportation Fee: Refundable after deducting charges for days availed.
1.9. No Refund: Students expelled for disciplinary reasons are only eligible for refundable Security/Deposit Fee.
2.1. In case of ineligibility after result declaration, only Security/Deposit Fee will be refunded.
3.1. Refunds are processed after formal request and dues clearance.
3.2. All timelines include weekends and public holidays.
3.3. All refunds are subject to finance department's approval and verification.
