Mufti Nafees currently serves as the Assistant Program Director of Fiqh ul Mu’amlaat program at Jamia tur Rasheed. He has a diverse academic career ranging from an MBA and a Law Degree from Karachi University to Aalim and Mufti degrees from the Jamia tur Rasheed, Karachi.
During his years of study, he embarked on a teaching career as Lecturer at Jamia tur Rasheed.
Mufti Nafees holds an LLB degree and an MBA in Finance from Karachi University and is currently pursuing an LLM degree. Has also completed the 8- year Shariah Scholar course ( Aalim degree), a one year teaching and preaching course and a 3- year Mufti course in Trade & Finance from Jamia tur Rasheed.
He serves in the Faculty of Commercial Law and Management Sciences at Jamia tur Rasheed, and a lecturer in the Fiqh ul Mu’amlaat program. He is a certified Mufti and has been writing Fatwas for his specialization.
He also served as the Member Executive Committee for Curriculum Development at Majma ul Uloom al Islamiya ,Assistant Accounts and Tax Department at KIA Associates, Karachi and has conducted numerous study tours.
